- Independently source and generate leads with commercial customers, including B2B sales through in‑person meetings, networking events, conferences, door‑to‑door, etc.
- Pitch and quote large complex projects that involve multiple customized solutions and services while maintaining healthy margins.
- Convert leads to customers through a detailed consultative sales process and close sales in our business management software system.
- Project Management
- Partner with customers on projects requiring extended coordination with multiple products and phased installations.
- Work with in‑house graphics, production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction with finished products.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure high‑quality product and work, as well as timely installation and delivery.
- At least 3 years of sign sales experience (inside or outside). You should have a strong grasp of commercial signage basics; training will be provided for any gaps.
- Great attitude: enjoy learning, work best in a team, and have personal accountability for high results.
- Enjoy problem solving to meet customer needs and help them create the best solution.
- BOLD and relentless in building customer relationships and generating sales.
- Keen service‑minded with a can‑do attitude.
- Fluent with Google’s G‑Suite.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and climb ladders when needed for site surveys, measurements, installations, and inspections.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Experience with CRM/Sales platforms, especially Corebridge and Hub Spot.
- Track record of sales experience with high close rates and your own sign customer list.
- Combination of sign sales and sign production/installation experience.
- Outside sales experience in signs, with the ability to produce professional draft drawings and presentations for large commercial customers.
- Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days.

USD $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
