In the Debt Solutions division we deliver SaaS, data, and information services tailored for commercial real‑estate lenders and financial institutions.
Role OverviewAs a Sales Executive, you will expand strategic relationships with existing clients and high‑potential prospects, driving growth in our debt solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and close new sales opportunities by demonstrating the value of our SaaS, data and information services for commercial real‑estate lenders and financial institutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with CRE lending clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Territory Engagement: Travel within your assigned region to meet clients and prospects face‑to‑face, fostering trust and strengthening partnerships.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and local field teams to align on client goals and deliver seamless execution. - Market Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of CoStar Debt Solutions’ industry‑leading solutions and the commercial real‑estate lending space to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training and renewals—driving growth and exceeding revenue targets.
- 4‑10 years of solution‑selling experience, with success owning the full sales cycle from prospect to close.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college or university.
- Track record of commitment and success with prior employers.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to client and prospect locations.
- History of success selling SaaS solutions to banks and financial institutions.
- Experience with complex sales processes.
- Comfortable with diagnostic selling and committed to delivering solutions to clients and prospects.
- Proactive, curious and eager to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Successful completion of a Driving Record/Abstract check prior to start.
- Well‑versed in technical skills, risk concepts and selling into target companies’ HQs.
- Versatile sales professional with experience selling real‑estate and data SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling to large organizations with sophisticated buying processes, especially banks and lenders.
- Understanding of fundamentals or economic models and risk models.
- Comfortable managing data and talking about the value of integrating proprietary data sets with publicly available data sets.
- Familiar with U.S. banking regulations and the regulatory framework, including stress testing and compliance reporting.

Base salary range: $80,000 – $100,000, based on relevant skills and experience, plus an uncapped commission plan and generous benefits.
