• Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers
• Conduct product presentations and explain roofing solutions
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Use company tools to assist with measurements and estimates
• Manage sales pipeline and close deals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
• Availability to meet with customers during midday, evening, or weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments

No prior sales or construction experience required. Optional training and support resources are available.

High-performing independent sales representatives may have opportunities to expand into leadership roles and take on additional responsibilities.

Erie Home provides sales opportunities, optional training resources, and support but does not direct how work is performed. Compensation is commission-based and not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on individual performance. Independent contractors are responsible for their own expenses, including transportation, insurance, and any required licensing.
