We are searching for the best talent for a field-based Clinical Representative role to support procedural excellence, customer education, and utilization growth within the Orange County, CA territory.

Purpose:

The MONARCH Platform was first introduced in 2018, creating a new category of care as the first endoluminal robotic-assisted bronchoscopy system designed to help physicians access small, hard-to-reach lung nodules to enable earlier diagnosis of lung cancer. The Monarch Platform for Urology will soon create a new category of care as the first robotic-assisted urology system designed for endoluminal and percutaneous access of organs across the urinary tract to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

You will be responsible for:

* Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments.

* Help create and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.

* Support account development activities that build clinical confidence, increase user competence, and drive system and disposable utilization.

* Assist with product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives.

* Identify and act on educational opportunities that improve customer proficiency, procedural efficiency, and clinical adoption.

* Partner with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director to support business objectives, account plans, and referral development activities.

* Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for questions, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review needs, and timely reporting of complaints or technical concerns.

* Develop and maintain expert-level product knowledge and a strong understanding of kidney stone treatment workflows, customer needs, and procedural best practices.

* Deliver a high standard of professionalism, service, and compliance in all customer interactions.

* Lead and support sales activities at the account level ensuring products are purchased and in-stock to support procedures and growth of the account.

The expected base pay for this position is: $90,000 for Senior Clinical Representative and $70,000 for Clinical Representative.
