What You'll DoAs a Territory Manager, you will serve as the primary commercial leader within your assigned geography, responsible for accelerating growth, expanding customer relationships, and introducing innovative technologies that improve patient care.
Responsibilities include:
- Build new physician, hospital, and health system relationships throughout your territory.
- Develop new accounts while expanding utilization within existing customers.
- Execute strategic territory business plans designed to exceed sales objectives.
- Drive adoption of innovative technologies through clinical expertise, education, and consultative selling.
- Partner with physicians and healthcare teams to improve procedural outcomes and patient care.
- Lead product launches and commercial initiatives across your territory.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership.
- Analyze market opportunities, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences before, during, and after every sale.
- Represent Siemens Healthineers with the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer commitment.
- Travel approximately 40–50% within the assigned territory.
- Compensation includes competitive base salary, uncapped incentive compensation, company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates may possess experience in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, Oncology, Vascular, Cardiology, Surgical specialties, or other procedural medical device markets.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated success in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or other complex consultative sales environments.
- Experience selling capital equipment, disposable technologies, or clinically sophisticated products preferred.
- Proven ability to develop new business while growing existing customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen and territory planning skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to learn complex clinical technologies and effectively communicate their value to physicians and healthcare executives.
