Masterplan Marketing is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent leading non-profit organizations through face-to-face community events. This role is ideal for motivated, people-focused individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build valuable professional skills.

• Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Office located in Orange, CA
• Willingness to travel to event locations throughout the Orange County area
• Entry-level role with training and coaching provided

As a Brand Ambassador, you will:

• Represent non-profit partners at in-person community events and activations
• Engage the public through meaningful, professional conversations
• Communicate each organization’s mission clearly and confidently
• Build strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Work closely with a driven, supportive team in a fast-paced environment
