- Lead transformer bidding process: RFQ/RFP review, quotation, proposal, contract negotiation
- Monitor U.S. power market trends and develop business strategy
- Develop new business in ESS and related power/renewable infrastructure segments
- Coordinate with HQ (Korea) production/engineering on specs and delivery
- Represent company at industry conferences/trade shows
- 5–10 years' experience in power transformer or heavy electrical equipment sales/bidding/business development
- Understanding of U.S. power market (utility structures, ISO/RTO, grid regulations)
- Experience with bid documents, technical specs, contract negotiation
- Strong independent drive and cross-stakeholder communication skills
- Degree in electrical/power engineering
- ESS or renewable energy experience
- Valid U.S. work authorization (PR/citizenship)
