About the RoleKL Family Law a small, but fast-growing, Family Law Firm in Orange, California, seeking an energetic and dedicated All-Star Salesperson (also called our Client Engagement Specialist
) to ensure the firm consistently presents itself in a professional, compelling, and client-focused manner to potential new clients.
This position combines both sales and customer service responsibilities and is designed for top performers who thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
You must be comfortable confidently discussing significant financial commitments and guiding individuals through complex, emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Consistent, strategic follow-up is a core function of this position. If you are not disciplined in managing a pipeline and maintaining ongoing communication with prospective clients, this role will not be a fit.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial case evaluations with prospective clients, effectively communicating the firm's services and guiding retention decisions.
- Facilitate a seamless transition of newly retained clients to the legal team, ensuring all onboarding steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Perform timely and strategic follow-up with prospective clients who have not yet engaged the firm.
- Maintain and manage a structured tracking system to monitor leads, client conversions, and referral sources.
- Present the firm's services in a professional, compelling, and client-focused manner.
- Build trust with prospective clients while helping them navigate emotionally sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process and ensure every prospective client receives a high-quality experience.

. However, experience in sales and client service is essential. While we provide training on our processes and services, we seek individuals who bring a genuine capacity for empathy and compassion, particularly when working with clients facing serious and emotionally challenging circumstances.
