Renovation Sales Specialist - Southern CA Territory##
** Role Overview
** The Renovation Sales Specialist coordinates renovation operations across their assigned territory, driving project execution, supporting local teams and ensuring consistent quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

* Location:

** This will be a Remote role. However, you must live in the Southern California territory, ideally Orange County.##
** Primary Responsibilities
*** Executing on essential customer focused tasks such as job walks, auditing deliveries, customer visits.
* Execute on renovation strategy focused on Multifamily, Hospitality, Senior Living and Student Housing.
* Manage and grow target accounts & accounts based in territory.
* Align and collaborate with other Renovation Sales Specialists, Senior Sales Managers, Territory Managers and National Accounts to qualify and execute on renovation opportunities.
* Collaborate with Project Manager and Project Manager team to ensure successful project execution.
* Time management: up to date Calendar, responsible T&E use, pricing review, report submission, bid follow up.
* Expectation to be on a road a min of 4 days per week and no less than 15 face to face customer meetings per week. This is mostly day travel in the Southern California Territory.
* New customer acquisition and relationship management
* Overnight travel may be needed and will vary by market
* Support renovation projects - product selection, timelines, delivery schedules, etc
* Monitor progress and proactively address issues and help seek resolution.##
** Preferred Qualifications
*** 3+ years of experience in renovation, construction, or project‐driven sales environments.
* Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets within a defined territory.
* Strong execution focus, with ability to manage accounts, projects, and customer relationships.
* Effective collaboration with project managers, operations, and sales partners.
* Solid business acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
* Strong time management and discipline around activity expectations and reporting.
* Willingness to travel regularly within assigned market, from Santa Barbara to San Diego.
