Security Officer Residential Community

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or vendor credentials, manage guest access logs, and help to deter unauthorized access within the residential location;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency responders when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns;
Support front entrance and lobby operations by assisting with deliveries, directing visitors, and maintaining awareness of property rules and access procedures
