What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.

* Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance-related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting conditions to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, corridors, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

* Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and support property access procedures in accordance with site policies while providing courteous assistance and clear directions.

* Communicate with tenants, visitors, property personnel, and/or emergency responders regarding security-related concerns, suspicious activity, and site conditions while maintaining detailed and accurate activity logs.

Minimum Requirements:

* Be at least 21 years of age.

* Access control and badge experience is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Alarm panel experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
