Security Flex Officer - Orange County Territory
The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling a variety of locations, preserving order, enforcing regulations, and providing customer service and information to employees and visitors.
No experience is required. A background in retail, food service, or hospitality is a strong advantage, but training will be provided for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol client premises to ensure safety.
- Enforce company regulations, policies, and emergency procedures.
- Provide information and assistance to employees and visitors.
- Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 30 lbs.
