Security Officer Office Building

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor building access points, observe contractor and visitor activity, and support property rules and after-hours protocols in accordance with site expectations.;
Communicate with property management, tenants, and/or first responders as needed regarding alarms, maintenance-related concerns, and other security-related matters.
