Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Garrison property in Orange, CA. The role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards.
On-call schedule runs Thursday through Monday, 9am–6pm, with potential changes.
Required:
3 years of multifamily maintenance experience; strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance skills.
