Service Technician

• Service work orders at various customer locations
• Perform minor equipment and building repairs
• Respond to Priority 1 emergency safety concern requests, health department shut-downs, city official shut-downs, and substantial impacts on sales
• Provide daily updates detailing store visits, on-site times, and schedule changes
• Document daily work activity and photograph existing job site conditions and work completion
• Respond to management team inquiries
• Update store-level facility records by submitting completed paperwork
• Maintain personal tool inventory
• Maintain company vehicle and parts inventory
• Inspect and troubleshoot systems to identify necessary repairs
• Travel to different worksites to complete required tasks and projects
• Work safely and adhere to the Health, Safety, and Environmental Program
• Support all Company safety efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must have a flexible schedule and work some nights and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• General trade or Handyman experience with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and drywall
• Possess the vehicle and tools required to perform job functions
• Ability to interact with a diverse customer roster
• Ability to carefully consider cost/benefits
• Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Able to deliver a positive experience to the customer
• Follows all Company and customer policies and procedures
• Passion, energy, persistence, positive attitude, and enthusiasm
• Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Software Suite
• Must possess or obtain an appropriate state driver's license before employment
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation

Demonstrates proficiency in general trade skills including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and drywall. Capable of performing equipment repairs, maintaining safety standards, and providing excellent customer service while managing work orders and documentation.
