Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of Service Now development experience

• Strong ITSM experience (Incident, Change, Request, Problem Management)
• Strong SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience
• Experience with Project & Portfolio frameworks
• CSDM alignment and CMDB knowledge
• Service Now workflow and Flow Designer experience
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to work PST hours
• Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Service Now certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
• Healthcare experience
• Discovery and Service Mapping experience
• IRM/GRC exposure
• SAM/HAM experience
• Experience supporting enterprise Service Now implementations

Job Description:

The Service Now Senior Developer will support the design, development, enhancement, and optimization of the Service Now platform, with a primary focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This resource will lead implementation efforts, develop integrations and workflows, provide technical guidance, support platform governance initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable Service Now solutions aligned with business objectives.
