Job Overview

Shuttle Driver – We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our team in Orange, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Competitive compensation package of minimum $23.00 per hour – maximum $26.00 per hour
• Night shift starting pay is $24.50 per hour

• Vacation: minimum of two weeks
• Sick days: 5 days
• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating
• Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability

• Safety-Focused Operations:
  Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger Care:
  Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance:
  Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Adherence to Protocols:
  Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement preferred
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends as assigned
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
• Typically long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
• Work environment will be a combination of indoors and outdoors
