Job Summary

Route Service Delivery Driver (CDL) – Orange, CA. Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers while operating a commercial motor vehicle safely. Earn $26.96 per hour plus tips.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed). Start time between 6–7am and work until the shift is completed. • Deliver excellent customer service and pursue upselling opportunities.
• Manage account information, cash, and receipts.
• Operate a commercial vehicle responsibly, following DOT documentation and safety policies, and avoiding electronic device use while driving.
• Meet scheduled deliveries within the allotted timeframe.
• Identify efficiencies and propose actionable solutions to leadership.
• Support team decisions and assist colleagues as needed.
• Provide professional water‑dispenser cleaning services according to a strict quality process.

• Safety focus: responsible vehicle operation and adherence to safe-work practices.
• Service orientation: courteous, professional image and meeting customer preferences.
• Sales skills: adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines, upsell additional products, and achieve monthly acquisition goals.

• Ability to secure or maintain a Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement (or be able to obtain one through Primo Brands’ CDL program).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong face‑to‑face sales skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in various weather conditions.
• Effective customer interaction across multiple settings.
• Physical ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each up to 45lb., and to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40–55 times daily.
• Capacity to work an average 45‑hour week or more, with variable start/end times.
• Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day.
• Eligible to obtain a DOT medical card and maintain a clean driving record (no more than two moving violations in the past three years, no major offenses, and compliance with all DOT regulations).
• Minimum age of 21 years (DOT requirement).
