Warehouse Lead

· Oversee the work of all warehouse employees

· Accepts shipments and ship products by unloading, loading, and verifying shipments.

· Prepares shipments by assembling, packing, protecting, and labeling pallets.

· Review orders prepared by warehouse clerks to minimize shipping errors

· Schedule freight company pickups

· Verify items received by inspecting condition of items; comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list; noting discrepancies.

· Document items received by recording identifying information.

· Maintain shipping and receiving materials by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed materials and discuss with Purchasing Manager; verifying receipt of materials.

· Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications (Warehouse manager):

· Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)

· Must have Computer skills, Experience with Navision/Business Central is a plus

· Experience in the ceramic tile industry or a high volume SKU environment is required

· Organization skills, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Independence, Documentation Skills, and Reporting Skills are required

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
