Job Summary
VFS Fire and Security is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing operations in Orange, CA. This role is essential to maintaining efficient material flow between the warehouse, field teams, and vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain warehouse organization and ensure materials are properly stored and tracked.
- Pull and stage material orders for upcoming field work.
- Receive incoming shipments and accurately enter materials into the inventory system.
- Coordinate and complete deliveries to job sites and vendor locations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to both field technicians and office staff with material needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations strongly preferred.
- Experience in construction, fire protection, or life safety industries strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and dependability.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements, including holding a valid driver’s license and maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record.
$22 - $26 USD
