Key Responsibilities

• Own daily cash management, banking relationships, bank reconciliations, and payables across domestic and international accounts
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and inventory costing in Sage
• Supervise payroll processing and oversee compliance with payroll tax regulations
• Oversee 5 direct reports and multiple indirect reports; monitor the POS/ordering system and support on‑time shipping and fulfillment
• Oversee OSHA compliance, annual audit, tax filings, and HR/insurance renewal processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Progressive accounting experience, including supervisory/team leadership
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and advanced Excel; experience with ERP and POS platforms a plus
• CPA or CMA is a plus, but not required
