- Produce a variety of regular and ad‑hoc reports to support project‑planning and control initiatives.
- Verify the accuracy of all cost information, ensuring proper coding and allocation to the project budget.
- Produce accounting and project cost reports, including deviations, under‑runs, over‑runs, forecasts, and cost‑trend reports.
- Maintain change control and the change‑order register; develop and update progress curves.
- Perform EVM (Earned Value Management) during all project stages and analyze performance measurement baselines.
- Develop an Integrated Master Schedule and evaluate activities in the Integrated Project Schedule based on customer standards.
- Analyze critical paths, forecast delays, and evaluate alternative scenarios to ensure project completion in time and budget.
- Provide guidance on scheduling practices and techniques, coordinating with project managers and functional departments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Controlling and 4 years of experience in Construction Project Scheduling.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- CAPM or PMI-SP Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience with SAP, Primavera (preferred), and/or MS Project.
- Industry experience in Substations, T&D, Gas‑Hydro, and OSG.
- Exposure to industry‑leading clients and partners.
