What’s the job?The Orange, CT Site Controller is responsible for overseeing all of the manufacturing site’s financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role acts as the financial steward of the site, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and alignment with Business objectives. The Site Controller partners with site leadership to drive operational efficiency, profitability, and strategic decision‑making.
- Lead all site‑level accounting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, GAAP/IFRS, and local regulations.
- Ensure the annual standard cost development process
- Monitor production, labor, and overhead costs.
- Identify variances and recommend corrective actions (MUV, Method variance, PPV, Scrap, etc)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (WCM) by analyzing financial impact.
- Collaborate with site leadership to align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Provide financial insights to support investment decisions, capital projects, and resource allocation.
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Lead annual self‑assessment Gap analysis and review action plan with owners
- Oversee audits and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance Required. Master’s Degree or CPA a plus
- 7+ years’ experience in Finance/Accounting with a very strong cost accounting background
- 5+ years’ experience working on site in manufacturing preferred
- ERP system knowledge and experience
- High level of technical skills including advanced excel and working with databases

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $ to $.
