- Lead the daily operations, system stability, and strategic direction of enterprise billing and collections technology platforms.
- Partner closely with business leaders across revenue protection, customer accounting, and credit operations to guarantee systems meet regulatory requirements.
- Spearhead root-cause analysis to quickly resolve production issues, reduce estimated bills, and minimize manual workarounds.
- Guide IT delivery for configuration changes, application upgrades, and modernization projects within a highly regulated environment.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical designs while managing cross-functional delivery teams and system integrators.
- Oversee the accuracy of financial contract accounting postings, payment processing, and external agency interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, specifically within customer-facing technology or enterprise operations.
- Deep technical expertise with SAP S4/Hana.
- Proven background with SAP IS-U Meter-to-Cash, SAP Service Cloud, Salesforce, or similar enterprise customer information systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology teams, vendor relationships, and system integrators.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Orange, CT.
- Eligibility to work as a W2 employee (Greencard, EAD, or OPT accepted).
- Prior experience working within the utilities industry.
- Master's degree in a related technological discipline.
- Familiarity with utility credit policies, payment arrangements, and low-income programs.
