Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Online Shopping Department and its Associates to achieve the Department's goals (sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement).;
Safety: enforce food safety, HAACP, HAZCOM, and environmental, health, safety policies; ensure proper use of safety equipment.;
Friendliness and Customer
Experience:
provide prompt, courteous service, onboard and train new department associates, cross-train staff, and maintain open communication with partners.;
Presentation and Department Conditions: maintain professional appearance, ensure pricing and labeling accuracy, keep storage areas clean and organized.;
Efficiency and Compliance: use current technology for Online Shopping operations, maintain accurate reports, manage staffing to meet sales and Customer Experience needs, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
