Club Compliance- Oversee all paperwork for new memberships and PT services, ensuring paperwork is filled out accurately and in line with membership and PT compliance
- Process all membership and personal training member documents
- Responsible for reporting all Membership and PT Sale discrepancies to club management and Area Director
- Accurately provide Management with all member information necessary to ensure timely resolution to any customer service issues
- Work as the liaison between the club, billing company and customer service department
- Manage customer service emails received to ensure Management can act on them in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office management experience with a strong customer service focus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of business and office management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Able to adapt to new technologies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Communication Skills & Accountability - Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
- This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is a high-paced environment.
