Kid Strong in Orange, CT is hiring an Assistant General Manager / Head Coach to lead a dynamic coaching team and drive membership growth. You will partner with the GM to achieve sales and operational goals, while creating a fun, high-energy environment for kids and parents.
You will coach 8–12 Kid Strong classes weekly, manage scheduling, and mentor new coaches, with opportunities for leadership growth and career development in a fast-growing company.
