As a Driver with Colony Hardware, you will be the backbone of our company that brings our mission to provide top‑quality products to commercial contractors and industrial accounts to life. You’ll use your eagerness to meet expectations to ensure our customers receive what they need when they need it.

As a Driver with Colony Hardware, you will ensure safe, timely, and courteous pickup and delivery of merchandise, load and organize orders, perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and communicate with customers for arrival, payments, and signature collection. Your hourly pay ranges from $23.80 to $28.56, and Connecticut law requires the posting of this salary range for advertised jobs.

• Pickup and delivery of merchandise in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
• Load your truck with packed orders, sorting and organizing the merchandise for easy location.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork, and loaded product to ensure your safety.
• Check in frequently with the customer to announce arrival, collect payments, and ensure signatures are received.
• Hours:
  
  5 am – 2 pm with flexibility to cover overnight routes when needed.

• Minimum of three years of prior commercial driving experience and deliveries.
