Specialized Learning Experiences And Supervision
Assumes professional responsibility for providing specialized learning experiences and supervision of students with disabilities using an in-class model, within the regular classroom. The focus is to develop in each student the skills, attitudes, and knowledge to meet and exceed the State Core Curriculum Content Standards as outlined in the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for the student, using approved curricula and directives of the school.
Achieving academic excellence requires that the Resource Teacher work collaboratively with the classroom teacher, other members of the school staff, particularly the Child Study Team, and with parents of each student.

As per negotiated salary guide Commensurate with education and experience Starting salary begins at $70,488.00 Compensation package includes the following benefits:
