Pay: $24–$32 per hour
Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy services to children with autism in Orange, Essex County, NJ
.
In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, or center-based environments while following individualized treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will directly support skill development and help reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
What You'll Do- Provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
- Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid vehicle
- ABA experience preferred but not required
