You’ll provide critical behavioral health support to students who may not otherwise have access to care by helping them succeed academically, build resilience, and thrive.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with ESS clinicians to support students' mental health andoverallwell-being
- Monitor and track student progress, providingtimelyupdates to the interdisciplinary team
- Assistin the development,implementation and reinforcement of the individualized care plans
- Co-facilitate group interventions andstudentsupport sessions under clinician guidance
- Support therapeutic milieu management(e.g.,scheduling sessions, managing passes,lunch support,skill building, escorting students)
- Providein-classroom support throughobservationand targeted interventions
- Collect and track student data;assistindeveloping
Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed - Respond tocrisis situations effectively, coordinating with clinicians, school staff, and parents as directed
- Collaborate with family andexternalproviderstostrengthen studentsupportsystems
- Assistwithcase management tasks,including referrals and connecting families to community resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum of2 years of relevant experience in a school or clinical setting supportingstudentbehavioralhealth
- Experience working with students,families,and community-based mental healthorsocial service agencies
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving,and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic therapeutic interventions and counseling techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse student populations
- Demonstrated commitment to improvingaccessto behavioral health services inschools
