Marketing Communications, Client Relationship Manager
Nirvana Healthcare is looking for an outgoing, professional, and fully bilingual Spanish/English Community Marketing & Outreach Specialist to help us grow our presence within Spanish-speaking communities throughout New Jersey.
This is a full-time / part-time, hands‑on marketing and community relationship position. The person in this role will spend a significant portion of the week in the community meeting people, developing partnerships, attending events, and creating new opportunities to connect residents with healthcare services.
This is not a flyer‑distribution position and it is not a traditional desk‑based marketing job.
We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, following up, opening doors, and turning community connections into meaningful partnerships and measurable results.
The position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with the internal marketing team.
What you will do- Represent Nirvana Healthcare throughout Bloomfield, East Orange, Newark, and surrounding communities.
- Visit and build relationships with apartment buildings, senior communities, churches, pharmacies, local businesses, community organizations, and other trusted community partners.
- Meet with property managers, leasing teams, resident coordinators, community leaders, clergy, business owners, social workers, case managers, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce and explain healthcare services professionally in both Spanish and English.
- Develop ongoing relationships rather than simply dropping off marketing materials.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, patient referrals, resident communications, presentations, health screenings, and community events.
- Build relationships with home health agencies, visiting nurse organizations, social workers, case managers, senior organizations, and other potential referral partners.
- Help promote primary care, specialty care, preventive services, walk‑in availability, and house‑call services.
- Coordinate opportunities for complimentary blood pressure and BMI screenings, health education programs, and community presentations.

- Follow up consistently with every qualified contact and opportunity.
- Track outreach activity, relationships, referrals, inquiries, and results.

- Visiting targeted organizations and community locations.
- Meeting directly with decision‑makers.
- Following up with existing contacts and potential partners.
- Securing meetings, presentations, events, or marketing placements.
- Attending community activities.
- Coordinating with the marketing team.
- Updating outreach records and tracking results.
- Planning the following week’s outreach strategy.
This is a results‑oriented position. Success is not measured simply by the number of flyers distributed or places visited. We want to know which relationships and activities produce real opportunities, referrals, patient inquiries, and appointments.
Weekly performance expectations- 25–30 targeted outreach visits.
- At least 15 direct conversations with decision‑makers.
- 7–10 new qualified community contacts.
- 3–5 confirmed follow‑up meetings, presentations, or partnership discussions.
- At least two new placements, referral relationships, partnerships, or event opportunities.
- Consistent follow‑up with all active contacts and opportunities.
- Complete tracking of activity and results.
- A weekly written performance report.
Activity goals are important, but the ultimate objective is to create measurable growth and patient volume.
Who we are looking for- Fluent in spoken Spanish and English.
- Warm, confident, personable, and professional.
- Comfortable introducing themselves and starting conversations with new people.
- Strong at developing and maintaining relationships.
