Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing healthcare team serving nursing home facilities in and around Orange, NJ. The NP will provide comprehensive primary care, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Conduct routine primary care and follow-up visits in nursing home settings.
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and administer appropriate treatments.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease prevention and health management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Family NP or Adult-Gerontology NP).
• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain).
• National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) required.
• EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to complete training in New York prior to assignment, if applicable.
• Competitive annual salary: $135,000 to $150,000, based on experience.
