- Ensure accurate inventory, merchandise presentation, and pricing.
- Model excellent customer service and resolve customer needs.
- Oversee community outreach programs and promote community engagement.
- Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards through report analysis and loss prevention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, valid pharmacy license, and completion of immunization training.
- Proficiency in working with patients, healthcare providers, and data analysis to improve performance and outcomes.
- Ability to manage pharmacy operations and staff, make data-driven decisions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
