The Home Care Provider is a full-time, on-site role based in Orange, TX. In this position, the individual will assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, while promoting safety and comfort in the home. Daily responsibilities may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and support with mobility or transfers. The role also involves providing companionship, engaging clients in conversation and activities, and monitoring changes in their physical or emotional well-being.

The Home Care Provider will follow care plans, communicate observations to supervisors, and collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

• Candidates should possess strong caregiving and home care skills, with experience supporting individuals in a residential or home setting.

• Candidates should possess personal care skills, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Candidates should possess elder care skills, with an understanding of age-related needs, safety considerations, and respectful communication.
• Ability to follow care plans, maintain clear documentation, and report concerns to supervisors.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior home care or caregiving experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to meet any applicable state or agency requirements, including background checks and training certifications.
