Talent Manager
Mid‑Level Recruiter—plays a crucial role in full‑cycle talent acquisition—sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing & Strategy
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, ATS, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with hiring needs.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens.
- Assess skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and/or skills testing.
- Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
- Relationship Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and provide consistent updates throughout the process.
- Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Track recruitment metrics to optimize processes and reduce time‑to‑hire.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and equal opportunity standards.
- Offers & Closing
- Facilitate salary discussions, negotiate offers, and coordinate hiring paperwork.
- Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience (internal or agency).
- Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing technologies.
