The Field Technician Supervisor will lead multiple crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services to safely and effectively complete hydro blasting and vacuuming jobs at industrial facilities. The role requires a wide range of physical activities that demand strength, flexibility, and whole-body coordination for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials, emergency response, vacuum truck operations, waste disposal, site remediation, and high-pressure water blasting.

• Supervise, coach, and develop staff members, assisting in training new employees on expected job duties in accordance with company and client policy.
• Supervise staff members’ workplace performance and attendance.
• Ensure all equipment functions properly, adhering to and enforcing OSHA safety guidelines, policy, and procedures.
• Demonstrate specific knowledge of Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) and Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks.
• Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, familiar with all necessary equipment to complete the required job scope safely and effectively.
• Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work.
• Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork.
• Communicate updates with clients.
• Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, servicing, greasing, etc.
• Wash and clean company equipment – pressure wash, clean cabs, etc.
• Maintain general housekeeping – sweeping floors, taking out trash, and keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Help with future job load-outs or unloads from previous jobs, returning equipment and PPE to designated areas.
• Complete timesheets and all admin paperwork by required deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of related experience required.
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Previous work experience at industrial owner facilities.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field.
• Valid driver license.
• Ability to travel out of town up to 25% of the time and work at industrial owner facilities.
• Perform manual labor to support service line tasks performed by USA DeBusk.
• Be on call 24/7, flexible, and willing to work off shifts and weekends.
• Able to work shifts up to 12–16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, requiring prolonged standing.

• Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Capable of standing and walking continuously for long periods of time if necessary.
• Capable of climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling continuously.
