Janitorial Supervisor

Shift: Between Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 40 hours a week.

Hourly Rate: $23- $25

Location: Orange, Texas

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old
• You must have work authorization
• You must be willing to pass multiple Safety tests
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
• A valid driver's license will be required and a good driving record
• You must have at least two years of Janitorial Supervisor experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
• Basic computer proficiency
• Able to lift up to 40lbs.

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee a team of cleaners.
• Inspect all the work performed to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and any applicable local, state, or federal regulations.
• Supervise and train staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Create weekly schedules for cleaning staff, including daily assignments, lunch breaks, and time off.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed for each account.
• Perform cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restocking restrooms, and trash disposal)
• Be available to cover shifts when required.
