Maintenance Manager

As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for establishing a world‑class maintenance function to improve facility operations efficiency.

• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
• Utilize leadership skills to promote a safe and collaborative work environment for all team members
• Oversee housekeeping activities for the shop, ensuring organization and promoting excellence
• Implement spare parts organization and a robust spare parts tracking system
• Partner with the maintenance team to ensure the appropriate mechanical and electrical skill sets are developed or acquired
• Develop improvement processes to reduce cost and improve plant operating efficiency
• Maintain cost control to support facility and organizational goals
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering (required)
• Minimum education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree (required)
• 10+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience (required)
• 5+ years of maintenance supervision experience (required)
• Experience utilizing CMMS (required)
  Experience with reliability excellence and preventative/predictive systems (required)
• Lean experience (preferred)
• BMS experience (preferred)
• DCS/PLC knowledge (preferred)
