Sales Director\Variable Director

Team Granger has expanded from a locally owned preowned vehicle lot to three stores, including a Chevrolet store, a Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram store, and a used vehicle supercenter. Together, we have over 600 units in stock and employ more than 130 dedicated team members, many of whom have grown with the company. We continue to grow and seek quality professionals to join our family-focused organization.

We are currently seeking a Sales Director Variable Director to lead CDJR, Chevrolet and the used supercenter. This position would be in charge of a team of 10 managers and 25 sales bdc staff. This position would report to the two dealers.

Job Qualifications:

• Extensive automotive sales management experience with a proven track record of success.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, develop and manage a sales floor and managers.
• Ability to develop strategies to improve perfromance and the discipline to hold your team accountable.
• Proficient knowledge of dealerships's current company management systems.
• Good organization skills.
• Professional communication skills.
• Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements.
• Must be insurable.
• Detail oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual language skills are highly desirable
• Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
• Auto Manufacturer Master Sales and/or Management Certifications is a plus
