Retail and Supply Operations Specialist
Job DescriptionThe Retail and Supply Operations Specialist coordinates retail, office supply, and promotional product operations, including inventory management, purchasing support, order fulfillment, vendor relations, and customer service. The position supports institutional branding initiatives and print production activities under the general direction of the Director of Print, Creative, & Merchandising Logistics.

Education
Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field required.
Bachelor in related field preferred.
Experience
Two years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, office supply administration, promotional products, print services, or a related field required.
Experience with inventory tracking systems, point-of-sale systems, purchasing processes, or promotional product management preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite required.
Experience in a higher education environment preferred.

- Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory management principles.
- Knowledge of office supply purchasing and distribution practices.
- Knowledge of promotional products, branding applications, and production workflows.
- Knowledge of print production methods and equipment.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and reporting procedures.
- Skill in customer service, organization, and problem-solving.
- Skill in Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze inventory needs and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, faculty, staff, students, and community customers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
