We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
** Junior Sales Representative
** to join our team in
** Orange, TX
** or
** Pasadena, TX**. In this role, you will work closely with senior sales leaders to support account management, drive new business development, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring professional to gain hands-on field experience, develop deep industry knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of our sales operations
** Responsibilities:
*** Support senior sales representatives in managing and growing assigned customer accounts
* Conduct customer visits alongside senior team members to build relationships and gain field experience
* Assist in identifying new business opportunities through prospecting, site visits, and customer engagement
* Support preparation of quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
* Participate in project-related communications, including status updates and coordination with customers, operations, and internal stakeholders
* Maintain and update sales pipeline and customer activities in D365 and Salesforce
* Help coordinate customer visits, facility tours, and test runs (e.g., TDI, inspections)
* Collaborate with inside sales and operations to support order processing, delivery timelines, and customer expectations
* Attend sales meetings, production/WIP meetings, and contribute to action tracking and follow-ups
** Ideal Background and

Minimum Qualifications:

*** 1–2 years of experience in an inside sales or support role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
* You have a working knowledge of electromechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, generators, or industrial repair services.
* A degree is preferred but not required; we value hands-on experience and aptitude.
* You are as comfortable explaining technical solutions over the phone as you are planning to eventually present them in person.
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
** Physical and Travel Requirements:
*** Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to visit client sites, attend trade events, or shadow field sales representatives.
* Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a vehicle to visit customer locations as needed.# What we offer you
