Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Service Technician to join our team in Orange, TX. This role involves performing maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles efficiently and according to dealership and factory standards.
Job Details
- Salary: Credential-based pay plan with earning potential up to $55 per flag rate hour
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Orange, TX
Work Hours
This is a full-time position with hours consistent with dealership operations.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements
- Factory Diesel Certification is highly preferred; all factory certified technicians are encouraged to apply.
- Recent technical school graduates are welcome to apply.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficient in using shop equipment such as wheel and tire tools, alignment systems, diagnostic and AC equipment.
- Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Professional appearance, work ethic, and a positive, high-energy attitude.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and exercise good judgment.
