• Own the complete payroll lifecycle for Brazil, including processing monthly payroll and statutory payments
• Perform detailed payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll finalization
• Conduct structured root cause analysis for payroll discrepancies and implement corrective controls
• Maintain compliance with Brazilian payroll legislation and ensure adherence to internal control frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing subject matter expertise on Brazil payroll regulations

• Several years of experience processing Brazil payroll end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law and statutory contributions
• Demonstrated experience performing detailed payroll reconciliations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• High level of organization and documentation discipline

• Experience in EOR or global payroll environments
• Exposure to payroll system implementations or in‑housing transitions
• Experience working within controlled or audit‑heavy environments
• Familiarity with process improvement or automation initiatives
