• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
• Availability to work in a 24/7/365 environment, including weekend shifts.

• A degree in a related discipline or relevant industry experience.
