What You'll Do- Coordinate and manage grant-funded educational programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to deliver effective outreach services
- Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Support data collection and analysis for program evaluation and improvement
- Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and educational events
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and program participants
- Bachelor's degree in education, agriculture, social sciences, or related field
- Experience in program coordination, project management, or educational outreach
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Commitment to serving underrepresented communities
