Conducted site visits to assess terrain, utilities, and logistical challenges affecting the final cost.
Our goal is to hire a chief estimator who can take on the managing role of our estimating department, but we will consider entry level candidates that we can train as well. Salary will be discussed based on experience level.
Required Skills- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping) and construction methods.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with takeoff and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Quote Soft, MS Office).
- Analytical Ability: Strong mathematical and analytical skills for evaluating cost, labor productivity, and potential setbacks.
