Project Manager What you will enjoy doing
- In this role you will be responsible for leading and delivering capital projects within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing projects from concept through execution and closeout, ensuring alignment with business objectives, safety standards, budget, and timeline commitments
- You will primarily support our Orangeburg plant leading end-to-end execution of capital projects (equipment installations, facility upgrades, process improvements, expansions) with ad‑hoc support for our France and Asia locations
- You will conduct feasibility studies, assess staffing needs, compile cost and equipment requirements, and prepare appropriation requests.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, Safety, and external vendors
- Proactively identify project risks and design and implement solutions that align with economic, workforce, and environmental priorities
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization
- Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns
- Provide clear communication and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
- You will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. We will consider a Master's degree with 5 years related experience
- Further you will have 5–10 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments
- Proven track record managing capital projects (e.g., equipment, facilities, automation)
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external vendors
- Excellent communication, strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including to global sites
