JLL is seeking an Operating/Building Engineer to keep facilities running at peak performance. You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, boiler, and HVAC/controls systems to meet standards and keep clients' operations seamless.
Day-to-day includes preventative maintenance, BAS monitoring, equipment readings, and coordinating with outside contractors. The role requires 5+ years in commercial buildings and a strong understanding of safety and codes.
