Physical Therapist – Swing Bed

Full-Time | Inpatient Setting | Nonprofit Hospital

We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative therapy team within a nonprofit hospital system. This role primarily covers acute care and swing bed in a recently updated hospital setting with a modern ICU and strong interdisciplinary support.

• Mix of Acute Care + Swing Bed
• Common diagnoses:
  Debility, CHF, COPD, Stroke
  , and Ortho Surgeries
• Average caseload: 7–11 patients/day
  , based on evals and treats
• Treatment times:
  30–45 minutes per session
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch

• 15 full-time therapy staff
• Collaborative team that floats across swing bed and acute as needed

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Productivity:
  Approx. 2 units per hour — focus is on patient-centered care, not numbers
